License Agreement

Please read this license agreement carefully before you download software and install it.

 

This end-user license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either as a natural or legal person) and the author of the offered software and the possibly included associated media and documentation. By installing the software, copy, download, or any other access, you accept the conditions of the license agreement. If you do not agree to the license agreement, you are not allowed to install or use the software.

Please note, that according to state of art it is not possible, to create computer sofware, that works in all possible circumstances (Operating System, addidionally installed software, a.s.o.) correct. Therefore, contractual object is software, that can be basically used within the meaning of the description an/or user manual.

The software and additional information is "as is", without warrenty of any kind. You are using the software and additional information with the understanding that a sufficient aptitude test with the available trial versions took place, before use in a productive environment. You expressly ensures that any legal claims by third parties and their licensing terms are respected.

You are formally requested to check the products in a testing area and backup any data, that may be concerned by this test.

The software is copyrighted property of the author. It is licensed, not given away.

Warning

THE SOFTWARE IS NOT ERROR TOLERANT AND IS NOT DESIGNED FOR THE USE IN SENSITIVE AREAS, WHERE CONTINUOUS OPERATION IS ESSENTIAL, IE NUCLEAR PLANTS, AVIATION- OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, FLIGHT SECURITY, LIFE SUPPORTING MACHINES, WEAPONS, WHERE FAILURE OF TECHNOLOGY MAY CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION OR DEATH TO PROPERTY, ENVIROMENT OR STAFF.

Liability

It is expressively pointed out that usage of this informations, documentation and programs happens exclusively at your own risk. The author is not liable for damage to the user or third parties caused by use of the software and/or information.

In no case the author is liable for loss of revenue, profit or data or direct, indirect, special, logically following, inclusionary or incidental damage possible caused from the use or inablity of use of the software/information, regardless of possibly existing liability.

Limited support and Troubleshooting

The author provides support for all offered products and information with documents and help on his internet site. Additional support, limited to programmatic issues, is only offered by telephone or e-mail. The author reserves the right to have a fee. There is no claim for troubleshooting.

Freeware

You may distribute freeware of the author, as long as the recipient is not charged in any kind. Offering software requires written permission of the author. The offer must include this lisence or a link to this page.

Shareware

Unlocked shareware is bound to a person or company. Transmission is strictly prohibited. Buyes are expressly invited to create backup copies of the software and/or license information. The license includes the installation/use comparable to a book: At one time you can read it in one place. You may install the software in several places, as long as you can grant, that it is used only once at the same time. Additional agreements may extend this.

Licensing rights

  • You are entitled to install, use, access or interact with copies of the sortware
  • The author reserves all rights not expressly granted.
  • You are not entitled to decompile, disassemble (reverse engineering), decrypt, extract the software in any kind
  • You are neighter entitled to offer licenses for the whole or parts of the software nor to lease, sell, rent, lend or distribute the products in any kind without the express permission of the author.
  • Without interferring other rights of the author your license gets void, if you offend against appointments of this contract. In this case you are obliged to destroy all personal copies and additional informations, being part of the license.

This license agreement is governed by German law. Choosing another national law is excluded.
