Starter - A DISC/CD/STICK Utility

«Starter» is a little utility, starting programs from a CD, requiring a valid drive letter or file path. This is the main callenge, because usually this is unknown. Two place holder substitute the required information in a start string. This string is hold in an INI-file, that can be build by less well versed in people, too. A detailed program description in German an English is provided in the ZIP file.

Depending to the environment «Starter» offers German/English/French help messages for error situations.

Best of all: «Starter» is Freeware, but currently not tested in deep. Any hints are welcome.
